Trouble Logging In?

Are you having trouble logging into Quiltster?  There are several reasons why this may be happening.  Below are the most common login issues members have reported along with solutions.  Find answers to:

1. I can’t get past the Log In page.
2. My login or password is invalid.

I can’t get past the Log In page.

Here is a quick checklist to go through. 9 out of 10 times, addressing one or more of these items solves the problem:

Check-list:

1. Make sure you are using CHROME as your browser when using Quiltster.  While Quiltster is web-based and may be used in any browser, Chrome is most adapted to supporting the advanced technology used in our software.
2. Make sure your devices software is up to date.
3. Clear your browser history.
4. Refresh your browser.
5. Make sure your internet connection is solid.
6. Close all other programs/apps on your device.
7. Restart your device completely.

If after performing these seven tasks you still experience an issue logging in, email us describing the issue step-by-step and our customer support team will do some advanced troubleshooting on your behalf.  Be prepared to answer the following questions:

1. Which type of device are you using?  Smartphone, tablet, desktop computer?
2. What version is it?

My login or password is invalid.

1. Check the spelling of your email and password to make sure they are correct.
2. If your password is still not working, create a new password by doing the following:

Click the “forgot password” button written in pink text under the login button.

Enter the email address associated with your Quiltster account.

Go to your email and open the email sent from “Quiltster Signups”. 

Inside the email, click the link which will automatically open a page where you can reset your password.  Click Submit.

This will bring you back to the login page where you will log in using your email address and your new password!
